Banting Breakfast Ideas

Probably the question I get asked the most when discussing my dietary choices is “So what do you eat for breakfast?”

Honestly, I skip breakfast most of the time. It’s all part of my “only eat when I’m hungry” motto. I’ve never really been one of those people who wake up ravenous in the morning. Or a morning person at all for that matter. So most mornings I happily pull right through until lunch on nothing more than a good cup of coffee with a shot of raw, fresh-from-the-cow cream.

But on those mornings when I fancy a little more to gnash on then I have a few go-to brekkies up my sleeve. Yes, bacon & eggs are one of the popular choices. But believe it or not, that can get a little hum drum. OK, no, not really, who gets tired of bacon & eggs? But when I do feel like a change up here’s a few of my favorites.
